In this video (Part 1 of 6), we trace the roots of the CCP's ideology, framing it as an attempt to combine Chinese nationalism with Leninist-Soviet Communism. While this seemed like a natural idea at first, it also led to various ideological contradictions and weaknesses that would plague the CCP for the next 2 decades.
