In the mid-80s, until the early 2000s, German foster children were placed in the homes of known offenders with a proclivity for minors. These events have now been investigated and reported on, although information is sparse. These foster children - who are now adults - are speaking out and shining a light on their experiences.
The Kentler experiment was described by its founder, Helmut Kentler, as a "complete success." According to the men who lived through it, this is far from reality.
