as posted by the channelEducated between the UK, Italy, and Lesotho, Luke came to an early appreciation of the importance of solidarity. Much of his professional life has focussed on the UK Parliament, where he is well known for his work in defense of human dignity. Luke is co-founder and director of the Arise Foundation, which combats human trafficking and modern slavery. He also co-founded the Coalition for Genocide Response and advises the World Uyghur Congress. Alongside this, Luke is a fellow of Hong Kong Watch and a commissioner for the Conservative Party Human Rights Commission. He was also the driving force behind the creation of the Inter-Parliamentary Alliance on China and coordinates it.
