The Army's M10 Booker Combat Vehicle, the newest, shiniest vehicle in the Army's arsenal, is now dead. After spending just over $1 billion on what was supposed to be a $17 billion program, the not-light-tank will join the ranks of other failed attempts to give the infantry firepower that can keep up with them.
So what happened? Who can we blame for this? Pretty much everyone who was involved, it turns out.
