There's a lot of drama surrounding the Tate brothers' detention right now. In case you haven't heard, the court has extended their detention for another 30 days because the judge claims they are particularly dangerous to the defendants. But their lawyers aren't happy about it and have been fighting back.
They argue that there's no evidence to keep the brothers behind bars and that the alleged victims have made statements that aren't true. In fact, they've even filed a complaint against these girls for misleading the judiciary.
From the lawyer's perspective, it seems like this is all a tactic to keep the Tate brothers behind bars. There's no concrete evidence against them, it's all just dust in the eyes.
And let's be real, it's unfair to keep them in detention just because of their notoriety. They should be given the opportunity to prove their innocence without being influenced by the Tate name.
