YouTube Description
as posted by the channelI just hit 28 hours sitting on top of an empty refrigerator outside our Love Beyond Walls headquarters as part of Project Open Fridge to stand in solidarity with children and families who are food insecure.
For the last four days, I’ve shown up not to sit behind a desk but to sit on top of this refrigerator, raising awareness about the growing crisis of food insecurity among students and families in Title I schools.
While up here, I’ve listened to story after story from parents, educators, and neighbors who are exhausted from trying to stretch meals, balance bills, and stay hopeful.
