Fearful avoidants really, like REALLY, feel their emotions. Everything from intense 'yes's' to 'no's'. There is an extreme view in which they view the world, a very "all-or-nothing" approach.

But ultimately, fearful avoidants deeply want their emotions to be validated. They want to be recognized for their feelings instead of being judged for it.
