YouTube Description
as posted by the channelIf you’re a fearful avoidant, you may have a difficult time relying on other people or fully trusting them.
Here a few ways you can start feeling safe, seen, and connected
1. Remember that relationships aren’t one sided. You deserve to be getting as much as you give in return!
2. Don’t expect people to read your mind. Start expressing what you need from people, whether that’s consistency, reassurance, or communication.
3. Try not to shut trust down completely. Open up your capacity to build on trust with others, even just a little bit at a time.
4. Practice receiving your needs being met. Acknowledge people’s efforts when they do meet your needs, or help them understand how they can do things better if they miss the mark.
Which of these 4 tips do you think will help you the most? Let me know in the comments.
