as posted by the channelI have something to admit. I have always been very afraid to talk about my faith openly. I was afraid of being labeled a "Holy Roller" or one of those folks who talks about "Jesus" constantly.
To be honest, I really only talk about faith with those in my very intimate circle. But the way I live my life daily is an outward expression of my solid foundation in God.
I'm not perfect. I have struggled and I continue to struggle in areas of my life.
Social media encourages us to hide this. To only display perfection. To never talk about your values, particularly if they are Christian because so much of it can be quite counter cultural.
I've been reflecting A LOT lately on how I will use my social media. How I will go about it in a way to continue to fulfill my given purpose and talent. But to do it in a way that protects my own energy and sanity as well.
One of the things I want to leave w/ you today is that the biggest lesson that life is teaching me right now is that TRUE fitness is more than the physical.
It is mental. Emotional. Spiritual. You can't look like a shiny bolus of pure gold on the outside, while everything else about you is nothing but worthless pay dirt beneath the surface. But how do you get there right? How do you evolve? How can you do this without fear of being judged?
These are questions I'm going to continue to explore here on my platform.
