For many, the stumbling block is having not gone in several years (for me that was a nearly 20-year lapse). I want to encourage you to not be afraid or have shame.
For others, it's not knowing how to organize and give a concise, clear, and sincere confession. I want to share with you my own "foolproof" process that allows me to make confession a regular part of my faith practice.
And helps to make the most of my time with my confessor.
In this video, let's pull back the curtain and discuss how the sacrament of Confession not only comes from Christ, but how it allows us to rely on Him alone to forgive our sins, strengthen our faith, and establish a conscience where we take onus for our sins and can humbly ask God for mercy.
