Hey folks,
I've received numerous inquiries from Law of Self Defense Members to cover the subject of gun trusts. These are legal trusts that can be set up to act as the formal legal entity that owns firearms, fully-automatic firearms, suppressors, and other related regulated items.
As I often note, my own expertise is useofforce law, not gun law. That said, I know many excellent attorneys who do have worldclass knowledge of gun laws. Accordingly, I've reached out to one of them, Attorney Derek DeBrosse, of Munitions Law Group () out of Ohio, to be the firstever guest on a Law of Self Defense live stream to discuss the subject of gun trusts.
