About a month ago the Tucson AZ SWAT team, partnered with a police K9, took down a felony suspect. In the course of the arrest the suspect retrieved a pistol. At one point the pistol was pointed directly at the head of the K9 attacking the suspect. The suspect was shot and killed by the rifle-armed SWAT team.

Is it lawful to shoot a suspect in order to protect a K9? The answer is no, and we'll explain why in this show!
