31:49Now PlayingThe Ohio legislature is considering House Bill 233 which would re-write the state's self-defense law to provide for self-defense immunity--the right to have a low-cost pre-trial hearing determine a claim of self-defense, and avoid the terrible cost, time, and risks of a full-blown trial.
