Along with colleagues he is fighting to advance HB233, a bill that would create a pre-trial opportunity for a defender to be granted a legal presumption that their use of defensive force was lawful.
Representative Williams has kindly agreed to be interviewed for our community, to discuss the political dynamics around passing such a bill, and hopefully to discuss what the future might hold in further transforming Ohio from the WORST state for self-defense to the BEST.
