First signed into law by America’s second president John Adams, this Act grants the President sweeping powers to detain and deport "enemy aliens" with minimal court oversight.

But the plot thickens!

Just one day later, on Saturday, a group of TdA members filed a motion with DC Circuit Court Judge James Boasberg, who immediately issued an injunction halting deportations—potentially shielding violent gang members.

Meanwhile, TdA prisoners were already en route to El Salvador’s tough prisons, with their detention to be funded by the U.S., and those flights didn’t turn back. We’ve got video of their arrival which I’ll share with you!

The White House fired back against Judge Boadberg’s injunction with an appeal that very night, followed by a Sunday filing demanding an immediate stay of the judge’s order.
