What happens when a judge can’t find the law she wants?
She makes it up.
A Maryland district judge just ordered the release of an illegal alien with a final deportation order — by pretending no such order ever existed. Not because immigration law changed. Not because facts changed. But because she claimed the paperwork wasn’t labeled the way she preferred. That’s not judging — that’s fabrication.
Worse, she then rewrote a Supreme Court order, changing “facilitate release from custody” into “return him to the United States.” The Supreme Court never ordered that. She did. On her own authority.
This is why separation of powers matters.
Judges don’t get to invent facts, ignore immigration courts, or override the Commander-in-Chief because they dislike deportation. That’s not independence — it’s lawlessness in a black robe.
