The U.S. Supreme Court just nuked the favorite excuse used to bury election challenges: “no standing.”
In a 7–2 decision, Chief Justice John Roberts ruled that candidates DO have standing to challenge elections where ballots are counted after Election Day.
That means lawsuits over mail-in ballots, late counting, and election integrity can now move forward on the MERITS — with evidence, depositions, and cross-examination.
This case out of Illinois, brought by Rep. Michael Bost, cracks open what courts have been using for years to block scrutiny.
The Court was clear:
-Election PROCESS matters
-The will of the people matters
-Legitimacy depends on following the law
This is a BIG deal for 2024 and beyond.
"You are wise to buy this material. I hope you watch it, internalize it, and keep it to the forefront whenever you even think of reaching for a gun"
-Massad Ayoob (President of the Second Amendment Foundation)
