TODAY’s MEMBERS-ONLY SHOW: “Trump Takes Uruguayan-born Federal Judge to SCOTUS!”
The efforts of the unelected, black-robed, tyrannical, inferior, federal district trial courts to transform Temporary Protected Status into a PERMANENT privilege for hundreds of thousands of third-world migrants in America are proving relentless.
Despite two Supreme Court stays of lower courts’ efforts to erase the TEMPORARY from TPS, various district trial court and appellate court judges—almost exclusively appointed by Clinton, Obama, and Biden, often confirmed by very narrow Senate votes, and sometimes not even born US citizens—continue to obstruct the Trump administration’s efforts to return these TPS migrants to their homes in Venezuela, Haiti, Nepal, Honduras, Nepal, and elsewhere around the globe.
Just yesterday the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals ruling en banc refused to stay a final order from a California judge prohibiting the Trump administration from ending TPS for hundreds of thousands of Venezuelans and Haitians who have been living in the United States on “temporary” status for as long as 16 years—resulting in a maelstrom of fiery remarks back-and-forth between judges appointed by Biden on the one hand and judges appointed by Trump on the other.
