Two many feckless federal judges continue to be in open rebellion against our constitutional order.

Many these federal judges—including a full third of the District of DC judges--were born outside of the United States. Many others were nominated by Biden but confirmed by narrow margins only after Trump’s successful re-election as our Article II Executive Branch President.

All of them appear severely afflicted with Trump Derangement Syndrome and estrogenic hysteria, justifying even the least principled of their orders so long as it obstructs and delays the administration policies.

The insane rulings of these federal judges are generally stayed or overruled on appeal, often by their immediate superiors on the courts of appeal, sometimes only after achieving the arduous hurdle of reaching the Supreme Court itself.

Yet even when the Supreme Court has ruled on a particular issue, these same federal judges pretend to find ambiguity and nuance to justify issuing essentially the same insane ruling again, and again—behavior that has already resulted in very rare personal rebukes from even the most liberal members of SCOTUS.

That said, there are also federal judges doing God’s work in maintaining our constitutional order and separation of powers, and these judges properly serving “during good behavior” as Article III Section 1 demands deserve mention, as well.
