For Kelly Leonard, of the improv institution The Second City, the advantage of the Internet is open communication: "The Internet is all about dialogue. It is allowing us to talk to everyone all over the world," he says. "I did a Reddit this morning, and I talked to hundreds of people that I've never met in my life."
