YouTube Description
as posted by the channelKristen Jarvis was a high-powered lawyer with a six-figure salary in Doha, Qatar. She loved working at a law firm—until she had children. After months of experiencing sexism in the workplace, Jarvis decided to make a radical change. She moved back to the United States and, with the help of her sister, began a Kickstarter campaign to fund a company that makes dolls for boys. “I think that there's been a belief in the toy industry that dolls aren't for boys,” Jarvis says in this documentary by The Atlantic. “We live in a modern society and we have a diverse world around us, but i can't buy a boy doll for my son?”
