Nike is catching heat over Kaepernick once again. This time over a very poorly designed Betsy Ross-themed running shoe. Seriously, have you seen the shoe?
Kaepernick is saying that it's because of the shoe's connection to slavery, but he could have just as well said the shoe was just ugly and no black person would ever by that -- even without knowing the flag has ties to slavery and to present day white supremacy.
