Between his administration mishandling and withholding information regarding COVID-19 nursing home deaths and sexual harassment and assault allegations, the governor is facing calls to resign. He even mishandled his proposal for an independent investigation when he sought to select a retired judge to conduct it rather than having the state Attorney General make that selection and oversee the process - which he eventually agreed to amid pushback. Cuomo can smile this situation away this time.
