So… Why is Tucker so obsessed with Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez? In a recent show, Tucker devoted a large portion of his nightly White Supremacy variety show to insulting and lying about the congresswomen.
Tucker described AOC as a "rich, entitled white lady," and that some things she said in an old Instagram video was like “an invitation to a booty call." AOC is, of course, of Puerto Rican descent. In response, AOC wrote on Twitter that “This is the type of stuff you say when your name starts with a P and ends with dejo.”
Much like most conservative commentary, this is pure projection. Tucker himself is the heir to a massive fortune, and got his start in “journalism” because his daddy had the right connections and he thought it would be a good time. Tucker didn’t pull himself up by his bootstraps to get to where he is today, he slid down into the swamp on a gold plated slide. Now he’s coming for a female leader who is self made in the most misogynistic of ways. Figures.
