Throughout the 2024 presidential election cycle, the Democrats called it the most important election of our lives. Democracy was on the line, and the only way to save it was by electing Kamala Harris into the White House. Well, the county failed to elect Vice President Harris, in no small part thanks to the Biden Administration’s barbaric support of the genocide in Gaza. Now the existential threat of Donal Trump is upon us. So, what is the Dem’s plan to save Democracy?
Well, so far… not much. Some salty tweets but that’s it.
It seems the centrist liberals in the Democratic party have no fight left in them. Their tails tucked between their legs as they bend the knee to Trump and his oligarch backers. Mainstream media figures like Mika Brzezinski and Joe Scarborough are obeying in advance to maintain access to the dictator wannabe. All the while, even the normie resistance liberals are getting pissed at the lack of action from their beloved Democratic party!
With the growing anger amongst centrist libs and progressives alike, maybe this will be the kick that the Democrats need to actually fight back. But with Trump setting so many new fires every single day, will they be able to rise to the occasion?
