Just two weeks into Trump’s second term and we already have a coup underway. Musk and his team of incel engineers (all between the ages of 19-24) seized control of the U.S. Treasury payment system. This payment system controls over $6 TRILLION in funds. Not to mention all the personal data contained in this system, which includes social security numbers. Now a group of unauthorized private citizens have full access to all of it. In any normal circumstance, this would be considered the most devastating cyber attack on the U.S. ever. But apparently when you’re the richest man in the world, it’s no big deal!
All of this is blatantly unconstitutional, but it’s clear that doesn’t matter to Trump and the Republicans. This is all part of their efforts to consolidate power and bring about authoritarianism in America. Now Musk and Trump have the power to withhold funding for any reason, which they will weaponize to enforce their regressive agenda.
