Is Trump actually going to reopen Alcatraz prison because of a Clint Eastwood movie he saw?

Donald took to Truth Social to announce his new plans for making America great again. In his trademark, long winded style, Trump said that he has issued the directive to reopen Alcatraz, the infamous island prison off the coast of San Francisco. He needs some place to put all the activist judges! This story is already silly enough without us adding any additional details … but this is Trump we are talking about.

Of course it’s going to be more ridiculous than that! It seems that the inspiration for this move may have come from the airing of the 1979 Clint Eastwood movie, “Escape From Alcatraz.” The president is sundowning so hard he’s making policy decisions based on whatever movie is playing on AMC.
