7:16Now PlayingClay Travis and Buck Sexton dive into "Deep Streaming" — their take on forgotten, ridiculously bad movies that somehow got made. Buck unleashes a full roast on War Machine (Netflix), calling it possibly the dumbest movie he's ever seen: a blatant, terrible ripoff of the classic Predator (1987 Arnold Schwarzenegger film), but with Army Rangers in a training exercise suddenly hunted by an unexplained killer robot armed with lasers.
No real weapons, heroes throwing rocks, and an absurd finale where the protagonist defeats it with an excavator. Buck says the writers should be ashamed, he could write a better script in one day, and he vetoed showing it to his wife because it's "robot Predator but way worse." Clay agrees, having skipped it himself. They contrast it with even low-tier flicks like Sinners (still crap but more entertaining), then Buck warns against Runaway starring Tom Selleck (a great American hero, but the movie is apparently terrible — skip it).
