"Former President Donald Trump said he can order his Justice Department to charge his political opponents if he wins the election, saying in a new interview he could “say go down and indict them!”

In a new interview for Univision Noticias, Enrique Acevedo questioned Trump for nearly an hour on a wide variety of topics — which naturally included the various legal problems facing the former president.

After listening to Trump complain about his 91 felony counts and his baseless claim that President Joe Biden has been directing those prosecutions, Acevedo asked Trump if he would weaponize federal law enforcement were he to win."
