"Conspiracy theorist Alex Jones tried to explain what he meant after releasing a viral meme on social media claiming he would “eat your leftist ass.”
On Wednesday, Jones posted a picture of himself staring toward the camera with the quote, “I will eat your leftist ass.” The InfoWars host did not add any context to the post, which quickly went viral on social media with over 40,000 likes.
Supporters of Jones lauded the post for it’s humor, while left-leaning users mocked him for the statement. Meanwhile, Jones followed up on his post by claiming he was warning the “the left” that there policies will lead to “cannibalism.”"
