‘I Will Be Voting For Trump’Nikki Haley Backs Trump After Brutal Primary in Which She Called Him ‘Disgusting’ and ‘Unhinged’
"Former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley announced during her first public appearance since dropping out of the GOP primary that she will back Donald Trump this November.
Haley’s endorsement of the former president comes after she referred to Trump as “disgusting” and “unhinged” during their primary competition. After Trump claimed Black Americans would support him more because of his criminal indictments, Haley called his comment’s “disgusting” and a “huge warning sign” Republicans would lose in November with him as the nominee.
Moreover, during the primary Haley also questioned Trump’s mental fitness to work in the Oval Office again, adding that he is “more diminished than he was” during his first term."
