Rand Paul Urges Trump’s DOJ to ‘Charge Someone Who Was Pardoned’ to See if Biden’s Pardons Hold Up
"Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) spoke to MAGA influencer and pro-Trump student organizer Charlie Kirk on Tuesday and urged the Trump administration to charge Dr. Anthony Fauci.
“Do you actually think that because the pardon for Anthony Fauci was signed by AutoPen, there could potentially be some legal way that we could still hold Anthony Fauci criminally accountable, Senator?” Kirk asked Paul at one point during their lengthy conversation.
“I think we don’t know, but the only way to do it is to challenge it. So, for example, I do believe Anthony Fauci committed a felony by lying to Congress,” replied Paul, who recently referred Fauci to the DOJ for criminal prosecution and has been one of his fiercest critics."
