This on the surface sounds like a good idea. But now that Donald Trump is in office, we are finding that Elon Musk is just doing whatever he wants. He is shutting down apartments. He is firing federal employees with no oversight whatsoever. Americans are rightly scared by what he is doing and want answers to what is going on and what we can expect next. Republicans are refusing any oversight over this department while Democrats are asking for some sort of oversight or committees to monitor what he is doing.
