Donald Trump ran his 2024 presidential election campaign on the promise that he was going to make America great again and lower prices on day one ever since Donald Trump has been in office he has done nothing but make life harder for the average everyday working-class American through Donald Trump's illegal trade wars on countries like Canada China and Mexico Donald Trump has caused the American consumer to pay more at the store to the point that Americans cannot even afford groceries anymore on top of that Donald Trump and the Republicans have taken away Americans healthcare by letting the Obamacare subsidies expire Americans now have to make the choice between affording healthcare or being able to pay their rent on their apartment Donald Trump has repeatedly threatened Canada economically through tariffs and also has suggested that the United States annex Canada on multiple occasions The Canadian people and the Canadian government have moved on and have started making deals with the rest of the world yesterday Mark Carney announced a blockbuster trade deal with China that includes agricultural and food products going to China with the potential for Chinese EVs to come in to Canada this is a massive deal for Canada and the Canadian people and it leaves Donald Trump and America cut out of the equation
