Donald Trump ran his 2024 presidential election campaign on The promise that he was going to make America great again and lower prices on day one ever since Donald Trump has been in office he has done nothing but make life harder for the average everyday working-class American through Donald Trump's illegal tariffs American consumers are paying extremely high prices for everyday goods Americans are making a choice between buying groceries or paying rent at this point recently the supreme Court shut down Donald Trump's tariffs and said that they were illegal and provided Donald Trump a good off-ramp to cancel all of his tariffs instead Donald Trump decided to defy the supreme Court's orders and imposed tariffs anyways on a global level now the farmers of America are stressing out again because they will be going bankrupt another time during the next harvest season because of Donald Trump's insistence on continuing to apply tariffs The farmers know that they will not have a market next year during harvest season Donald Trump could have gotten out of this and blamed someone else but now he is staying the course on his tariffs and the farmers will pay the price again
