1:25Now PlayingJessica Gorman stood before Congress carrying the kind of grief no parent should ever have to carry.
Her daughter, Sheridan Grace Gorman, was 18 years old and a freshman at Loyola University Chicago. On March 19, 2026, Sheridan went to the lakefront in Chicago with friends, hoping to catch a glance of the northern lights. She never got that chance.
Sheridan Gorman was murdered by Jose Medina, an illegal immigrant from Venezuela, who with outstanding warrants for his arrest, was allowed to walk free on the streets of Chicago. Failed border policies, sanctuary-city laws and incompetent, corrupt leadership that refused to cooperate with ICE sent her to her grave.
It is time to stop allowing American families pay for the left's contrived compassion with the lives of our children!
