A new Hill-HarrisX poll finds President Trump is under water on the issue. Robert P. Jones, CEO and Founder of PRRI, joins Hill TV to discuss public opinion on the issue. This survey was conducted online within the United States from June 22-23, 2020 among 951 registered voters by HarrisX. The sampling margin of error of this poll is plus or minus 3.18 percentage points. The results reflect a nationally representative sample of registered voters. Results were weighted for age within gender, region, race/ethnicity, income, political party, and education where necessary to align them with their actual proportions in the population.
