On today's What America's Thinking, a new Hill-HarrisX poll finds voters are split on whether or not the delay of the presidential transition is harmful to Joe Biden's ability to take over national security, handling of the coronavirus pandemic or the economy or if it makes no difference. This survey was conducted online within the United States from November 17-19 among 1,873 registered voters by HarrisX. The sampling margin of error of this poll is plus or minus 2.26 percentage points. The results reflect a nationally representative sample of registered voters. Results were weighted for age within gender, region, race/ethnicity, income, political party, education, and vote choice where necessary to align them with their actual proportions in the population.
