It will be difficult for either candidate to win in November if they lose any of the three swing states, which have moved in the same direction in every presidential contest since 1992.
The Hill/Decision Desk HQ's polling index shows Harris with a narrow lead over GOP nominee former President Trump in the Keystone State — 48.6 percent to 48.3 percent.
