House GOP leadership will give remarks Tuesday morning after the lower chamber clinched the majority in the election, handing Republicans full leadership of Congress and the White House next year.

Their remarks also come as the House weighs whether to complete their annual funding work by the Dec. 20 deadline or punt it to next year, when President-elect Trump takes office.

Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.), House Majority Leader Steve Scalise (R-La.), Majority Whip Tom Emmer (R-Minn.) and NRCC Chair Richard Hudson (R-N.C.) are among those set to attend the presser.

The event is scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. EST.
