The president is at his Mar-a-Lago estate in West Palm Beach, Fla., after having attended the Daytona 500 race over the weekend.
Since returning to the White House last month, the president has signed a flurry of executive orders, including banning transgender people from serving in the military, stripping funding from schools that require COVID vaccines and ending birthright citizenship, among dozens of others.
Later on Tuesday, an interview with anchor Sean Hannity alongside tech billionaire Elon Musk will air on Fox News. The pair is expected to tout their controversial work with the new Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) to shrink the size and scope of the federal government.
Trump is expected to sign the orders at around 4 p.m. local time.
