Later Tuesday, the Congressional Black Caucus and House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-N.Y.) are also expected to speak against administration moves to cut the federal workforce and reduce federal spending. The events will be held at 2 p.m. and 3 p.m. EDT, respectively.
