YouTube Description

as posted by the channel

Department of Transportation (DOT) Secretary Sean Duffy will face questioning from the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee Wednesday morning on infrastructure funding under the Trump administration.

Since being confirmed to lead DOT earlier this year, Duffy has made efforts to walk back Biden-era goals tied to climate change, cut down on congestion pricing in New York City and vowed to combat air traffic control staffing shortages, among other initiatives. He has also requested that his staff prioritize communities with high birth rates.

The hearing is scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. EDT.
