The National Safety Transportation Board on Monday will hold a press briefing at 3 p.m. to discuss the Mexican Navy training ship that crashed into the Brooklyn Bridge on Saturday, an incident that left two people on the ship dead and others injured.

NTSB member Michael Graham will brief the media during an appearance from the Sheraton Brooklyn New York Hotel.

The NTSB has assembled a team in New York to conduct a safety investigation into the crash, involving a ship known as Cuauhtémoc.

The team is comprised of experts in nautical operations, marine and bridge engineering and survival factors.
