The 20-year-old suspects, who barricaded themself behind the church door, was also pronounced dead by a self-inflicted gunshot wound, according to officials. The shooter was dressed in all black and carried a rifle, pistol and shotgun.
Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz (D) is also expected to attend the press conference.
The remarks are scheduled to begin at 3:30 p.m. EDT.
