as posted by the channelThe U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announced on Oct. 6 that Juan Espinoza Martinez, an alleged member of the Latin Kings gang, was arrested in the Chicago suburb of Burr Ridge, Illinois, based on information provided several days earlier by what an official release described as "a confidential source."
According to DHS, Martinez is accused of offering a bounty of $10,000 for the proposed assassination of Chief Gregory Bovino, U.S. Border Patrol Commander-at-Large.
