Trump's strategy to lower prescription drug prices has been put to the test in recent months after he rolled out an executive order earlier this year detailing his “Most Favored Nation” pricing plan. The president has already secured pledges from AstraZeneca and Pfizer to keep costs for Medicaid patients on par with the lowest price charged in other countries.
