Bystander footage of the incident shows multiple agents surrounding Pretti — a local ICU nurse attempting to assist a woman on the ground — and pushing him to the ground. One agent then appears to grab a gun holstered to Pretti’s hip; Minneapolis Police Chief Brian O’Hara told reporters after the incident that the 37-year-old U.S. citizen was a lawful gun owner with a permit to carry.
