Maxwell previously indicated her plans to do so, saying she would testify under oath only if she was given criminal immunity.
Starting Monday, members of Congress may review any of the 3 million documents from the Epstein files unredacted in a reading room at the DOJ. They may take notes but are unable to bring electronic recording devices.
