4:38:41Now PlayingDepartment of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Kristi Noem will face questioning from the Senate Judiciary Committee on Tuesday morning on oversight of the department as its funding lapse nears the three-week mark.
Democrats have largely maintained that they will not support a deal to reopen DHS without reforms to the Trump administration's immigration enforcement tactics and blocked recent efforts to fund the department — which also oversees the Transportation Security Administration, U.S. Coast Guard and Federal Emergency Management Agency.
